Blog Reboot

New chapter. AI research, indie work, leadership lessons, and the philosophical process underneath it all.

This post starts a new chapter on my blog.

I’m going to write from all my experience combined; from building and leading wonderful teams, driving massive change in corporate, being an indie creator, working with AI, and making art.

I feel that everything is coming together just in time for me to start sharing:

  • I did artificial intelligence research in my university days from 1995 to 1998, after a long detour (called life) finally I’m working with AI again.
  • I moved from a corporate career to being and independent creator, and a change agent for hire in business transformation programs. The indie workstyle has so much to give for people who are trying to find their way in today’s AI assisted world. Especially if you combine it with client facing leadership experience.
  • I always believed that experimenting with AI is a once in a lifetime opportunity for us to better understand our own human existence and our relationships. Our AI lab is about this very idea. I’ll share notes from the lab about the work we do, how we develop datasets and models for workplace psychological safety, what we do on model evaluations and much more.
  • Having worked with wonderful teams driving massive change in the past decades, fostering human collaboration across cultures and geographies, I’m deeply passionate about sharing my lessons on leadership, and how these lessons shape the way I work with AI.
  • I’ve been working with modern day AI for over 3 years now. Done my 10,000 hours of prompting. I’m using AI to build my company, conduct indie research. I’d be glad to share this journey. Even more so, because I see more and more people in my generation move over to the indie lifestyle. Yes, I’m talking about people in their 40s and 50s (sometimes 60s).
  • I also use AI to create digital art. My works are mostly about introspection, self-discovery, and sometimes just AI experimentation. My works were exhibited internationally. I stopped creating art and foucsed on my lab work in the past year, but I’ll add my portfolio to this site soon, and I’m planning to build agents to create even more experimental works.

I run a philosophical process underneath all of this, how we can become more conscious about the human experience, more mindful amidst the massive change we are all going through. I’ll write about this when I’m ready.

I plan to publish updates every few weeks.
